Elliot was run over and left for dead, unable to move his back end. Covered in his own waste, he was scared and hungry. Despite his paralysis, Elliot is a trooper, hopping through the yard or running around with the help of his custom wheelchair. He still receives daily physio from his amazing foster Mom, laser treatments and checkups. He is happy, healthy and spoiled!
