💙 HUGO UPDATE! 💙

This incredible boy continues to amaze us every single day.

Hugo has gotten SO strong and SO fast since coming into our care! He’s mastered going up and down stairs, has discovered how much fun fetch can be, and fills our days with endless love and smiles. Watching his confidence grow has been one of the greatest joys.

When he’s not zooming around or chasing a toy, Hugo is happiest soaking up affection from his favorite people. He has a way of melting hearts wherever he goes.

Hugo originally came into our care on November 24/25. He was suffering from many visible wounds and scaring, a swollen leg, and infection in his ears to name a few. He appeared to have some neurological issues and had issues walking. On-top of everything this boy was experiencing seizures . Thanks to our wonderful vet team at Central Vet in Ponoka Hugo has improved so so much while in our care! He does take medication daily to control the seizures, and with a lot of love and work from the kennel care team his mobility has improved drastically!

Hugo may have had a tough start to life, but he is flourishing as the most affectionate boy! He now just needs a home to call his own!
